Personal Goals & Objectives Worksheet

Setting goals not only gives you an on-going road-map for success, it shows you the best alternates should you need or desire a change along the way. For best effect, you should review your goals on a regular basis, many do it daily as it will help you assess your progress and give you the ability to make faster and more informed decisions. Take a few minutes to fill out the following questionnaire. You will find this very worthwhile in setting and re-setting your goals.

Self Evaluation

The purpose of this self-evaluation is to determine whether or not you will be a good candidate to start a homebased business. Mark the box after each statement that identifies the strength of your ability with 10 being the strongest indication of your desire or ability. When you're finished total the score and divide it by 10. This is your average score for the evaluation.

If your average score is:

1 - 4 - You aren't quite ready to take the plunge as a homebased entrepreneur.
5 - 7 - You're on the border. You may do O.K.
8 - 10 - You stand an excellent chance of making it as a homebased entrepreneur.
