That's why the Homebased Business Association of Rhode Island, a non-profit corporation, was founded in 1995 by the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce through a grant supported by NYNEX (Verizon). We're here to support homebased businesses and those whose primary office is in their home with educational programs, networking systems, business assistance, and legislative advocacy.
